Delivery
ANDU currently delivers within the UK only.
Orders are carefully packed and dispatched using Royal Mail. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation by email.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order.
Returns
We hope you are happy with your ANDU purchase. If you change your mind, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a return.
Items must be returned unused and in their original condition and packaging.
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Please note: ANDU pieces may show slight variations in shape, surface texture and finish as a result of how they are made. Small marks and irregularities that arise naturally during the making process are part of the individual character of the piece and are not considered faults.
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can put it right.
Once an eligible return has been received and checked, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
